DO I NEED GYM EXPEREINCE?
No. BUILT IN 12 is designed for all levels. You’ll be coached through each session and supported with the movements.
IS THIS FOR BEGINNERS ONLY?
No. It’s for anyone wanting structure, consistency and coached strength training over 12 weeks.
CAN I DO HOT. WITH THIS PASS?
No. BUILT IN 12 includes unlimited TRAIN. classes only. If you want access to HOT. and TRAIN., you can look at the 2x2 METHOD or ALL ACCESS.
HOW OFTEN SHOULD I COME?
We recommend 3–5 TRAIN. sessions per week, depending on your current routine, recovery and goals.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER THE 12 WEEKS?
At the end of the block, you can choose your next step. You can continue with TRAIN., move into the 2x2 METHOD, or upgrade to ALL ACCESS. There is no lock-in commitment after the challenge but you can discuss membership options if you’d like to continue.
CAN I CANCEL EARLY?
BUILT IN 12 is a 12-week commitment. Early cancellation is not available unless approved for medical or extenuating circumstances.
CAN CURRENT HOT. MEMBERS JOIN?
Yes. BUILT IN 12 is a great option for HOT. members who want to build more strength and confidence in the gym. They’ll need to be on an ALL ACCESS pass.
