THE WORKOUTS

    A slow burn workout incorporating low impact movements and stretching that will build on mental strength and concentration whilst mobilising the body and releasing tension.

  • SCULPT.

    A high-intensity, low-impact mat pilates workout designed to maximise body weight movements that will sculpt and tone your body.

  • SWEAT.

    The ultimate burner. A high-intensity workout incorporating weights for the ultimate strength and toning session. Designed for those who want to leave the room feeling strong.

    CHECK-IN AND ARRIVAL

    Please arrive 10 minutes early and check in at our front desk using your app and QR code. Our team is always ready to address any inquiries you may have regarding the gym and our ammenities. Walk down the HOT hallway & connect with your HOT teacher. Secure your mat on the studio floor.

    WARM-UP

    Engage in a specialised warm-up guided by your teacher, designed to effectively prepare and activate your body for the class ahead.

  • 03.

    BREAKDOWN OF THE WORKOUT

    Your teacher will explain and demonstrate the class ahead. Please listen carefully and now is the perfect time to ask any questions and address any injuries if needed.

  • 04.

    MAIN WORKOUT

    Lift weights or sweat it out during our strength FST. portion to build and maintain lean muscle.

    Or improve your cardio and develop your functional fitness in our EST. sessions.

  • 05.

    FINISH!

    We have 5 minutes set aside between all session times to give you time to cool down, wipe down your mats & pack your equipment away.
