As we prepare to open our new studio in Noosa, we’re looking for a passionate, proactive and people-first Studio Manager to lead the space and help bring the NBHD.HOT experience to life.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves wellness, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and knows how to build both community and strong day-to-day operations.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As Studio Manager, you will be responsible for the overall success of the studio. From front-of-house experience and team leadership through to studio operations, sales, retention and community engagement.

You’ll be the heart of the studio: leading the team, creating exceptional member experiences, driving studio performance, and ensuring every detail reflects the NBHD.HOT brand.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Studio operations

  • Oversee the day-to-day running of the studio

  • Ensure the studio is presented to the highest standard at all times

  • Manage studio systems, schedules, stock, cleaning, maintenance and opening/closing procedures

  • Maintain a seamless front-of-house experience for all members and guests

Team leadership

  • Recruit, onboard and support instructors alongside leadership

  • Lead, motivate and manage the studio team to deliver a premium customer experience

  • Create a positive, high-performing team culture aligned with the NBHD.HOT brand values

  • Lead with rostering, covers and team communication

Sales and performance

  • Drive membership sales, intro offers and studio revenue

  • Support member retention through exceptional service and community-building

  • Track studio KPIs and performance metrics

  • Identify local opportunities to grow awareness, partnerships and foot traffic

Community and brand experience

  • Build strong relationships with members and foster a welcoming studio culture

  • Help execute launches, activations, events and local partnerships

  • Ensure the in-studio experience feels elevated, warm and on-brand

  • Act as a brand ambassador for NBHD.HOT within the Noosa community

  • Support social media content

Customer service

  • Deliver an outstanding member journey from first visit to long-term loyalty

  • Resolve member questions and concerns with professionalism and care

  • Anticipate needs and create a high-touch, memorable studio experience

ABOUT YOU

We’re looking for someone who is equal parts leader, operator and community builder. You’re organised, energetic, calm under pressure, and genuinely love creating beautiful customer experiences.

You will have:

  • Experience with boutique fitness and pilates

  • Previous experience in a studio management, retail management or wellness leadership role highly regarded

  • Strong leadership and people management skills

  • Experience in customer service and day-to-day operations

  • A proactive, hands-on approach and willingness to jump in wherever needed

  • Excellent organisational and communication skills

  • A passion for health, wellness, fitness and community
