PROGRAMS

  • FST.

    FUNCTIONAL STRENGTH TRAINING

    FST focuses on building & developing strength in patterns that are used in everyday life. This type of training involves compound lifts, free weights, gymnastic moves, and aerobic training. Functional strength training is a type of exercise that is great for whole body toning that anyone can benefit from. As the goal of this training is to help you look and feel good, as well as better prepare participants for their everyday lives.

  • EST.

    ENERGY SYSTEM TRAINING

    EST is a combination of short & long interval pieces as well as long aerobic base building training. To improve your endurance and stamina while maintaining your muscle and not slowing down your metabolism. These are Hybrid workouts often mix aerobic and resistance weight training.

  • GAO.

    GO ALL OUT

    Work together as a team! Whatever it is, you bring a positive attitude to go all out with the NEIGHBOURHOOD members. A combination of strength & conditioning. Always a team based workout to test everyones ability for the team.

  • SUNDAY SERVICE.

    SUNDAY SERVICE.

    The original SUNDAY SERVICE.

    Its about community, its about family. An extra session for everyone to start their Sunday.

    Depending on the week that was. SUNDAY SERVICE is either a recovery style session or hybrid session targeting multiple aspects of physical conditioning in the single session.

  • 01.

    CHECK-IN AND ARRIVAL

    Please arrive 10 minutes early and check in at our front desk using your app and QR code. Our team is always ready to address any inquiries you may have regarding the gym and our programs. Connect with your NBHD Coach and secure your place on the gym floor.

  • 02.

    WARM-UP

    Engage in a specialised warm-up guided by your coach, designed to effectively prepare and activate your body for the session ahead.

  • 03.

    BREAKDOWN OF THE WORKOUT

    The coach will explain and demonstrate the session ahead. Please listen carefully and now is the perfect time to ask any questions if needed.

  • 04.

    MAIN WORKOUT

    Lift weights or sweat it out during our strength FST. portion to build and maintain lean muscle.

    Or improve your cardio and develop your functional fitness in our EST. sessions.

  • 05.

    FINISH!

    We have 5-10 minutes set aside between all session times to give you time to high five, pack your equipment away and stretch.
