PROGRESS 50. is a commitment to:
4x workouts in studio (HOT. or TRAIN.)
11,000 steps daily
Eating wholefoods, aiming to remove all artificial sugars, junk food and alcohol.
Drink 3L water a day
Access to online workouts (HOT.) and programming (TRAIN.)
This membership will give you access to NEIGHBOURHOOD. for 8 weeks, billed weekly. No commitment to stay post challenge but enough time to help build a strong foundation for your fitness journey.
